Lisa Reinard, Profound Hound Inc. Owner

Lisa Reinard has a lifetime of experience caring for domestic pets. She grew up caring for hamsters, birds, mice, turtles, fish, cats and dogs in her own home. Her passion and enthusiasm for pets started as a child and has only grown through her lifetime. Lisa has spent the last 14 years working in Corporate America, but has found time to volunteer at the Shedd Aquarium, working with in Marine Mammal Department, to feed her passion for animals.

Recently, Lisa has realized that doing something that you are passionate about leads to true happiness. While she has been successful as a Project Manager at several Fortune 500 companies, she had found caring for pets is much more rewarding. Lisa is continuing her education and has enrolled in the Animal Behavior College to pursue a certificate in Canine Obedience Training and is hoping to have her certification in the upcoming months.

Lisa graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and lives with her husband, Steve, and Labrador retriever, Abby, in Fox Lake, Illinois.
